| John de Jong Position: Director After a twenty-five year career in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, stationed through British Columbia and the Northwest Territories, in general policing as a forensic specialist and senior manager, John de Jong changed career paths in 1995. Since that time, he has managed political campaigns for candidates of the British Columbia Legislature, owned his own business, and acted as the Canadian director for the FIRS, an American youth outreach camping organization with facilities in Canada. He remains active on a number of non-profit boards and committees and is the former secretary for Cerebral Palsy Sports BC. | |
