DPFZ -- Destor-Porqupine Fault Zone

Historical Highlights:

Gold mineralization was discovered on the property in 1916. Government reports trenching and stripping uncovered a north-south oriented silicified chlorite-carbonate altered shear zone in mafic to intermediate volcanics.

Work Completed to Date:

Limited work had been done on the property since it was initially trenched and stripped. Historical trenches have slumped in and are largely overgrown with vegetation. Amador Gold completed trenching and channel sampling in 2007 over well developed shears with extensive silicification and associated tourmaline, carbonate and alibite alteration as well as fuchsite and significant pyrite mineralization. Follow up diamond drilling completed four holes in 2008. The diamond drilling intersected the broad shear zones. While sporadic high grade values were returned from shear zones in the N-S trenches, further drilling is required to determine mineralization.
